Connect is an outplacement company which helps people who have been made redundant. Mole has developed a bespoke feedback system which alows Connect to gather and anaylse feedback from every candidate who works with Connect. The system sends an automatic email when the candidate's programme expires. A simple web link allows the candidate to answer a series of short questions. Connect has a full management system to gather and analyse this data, with the ability to view feedback by date, consultant or client company. The system will help Connect to respond quickly and enhance the service which it offers to its customers.
